In all sports there was just an extra gear that I didn’t have before. I noticed the ability to maintain both aerobic endurance for a longer period at a faster speed and I also noticed that my anaerobic threshold was greater after 15 sessions. I could hold on to that threshold longer. During my long run where I PR’d I always felt like I could take in a deep breathe and catch my breath. I never felt my HR get too high while my pace was faster than it had ever been.
I also noticed it in recovery both long term and short term. My day to day recovery was better than usual and my HR recovery between intervals was very noticeable.

I am in training for several triathlons and a half marathon; 4 races in 4 weeks! During my training I experienced a much higher energy level along with the ability to maintain my focus and concentration. After 5 sessions I noticed increased energy and my breathing was more relaxed after difficult efforts.
I teach cardio kick, spin, coach the Women's Saddleback Soccer team and train. A very full schedule! Prior to AirFit by the time I got to afternoon soccer practice I had no energy, lacked motivation and was completely drained. AirFit has allowed me to give more of me to everything.

I finished the Airfit base program and went right into a few big races. I immediatly noticed a huge difference as my times were considerably faster. At the Santa Barbara tri I took over 2 minutes off my bike split and 6 minutes off my run split. That was my fastest 10 miles run ever! And, I felt like I had endless lungs!
When I'm doing a track workout my recovery time is much faster than it used to be and my heart rate drops quicker.
This will be my second year competing in Kona Ironman and so far the training has been very similar to the previous year but it feels a lot easier.... physically.
