AirFit - Simulated Altitude Training

Use AirFit in combination with your current training program to give us sea level athletes the competitive advantages gained from training in Big Bear, Boulder, CO or other high altitude locations. It has been studied, researched and tested.

 

The program consists of a course of altitude simulation sessions that cause the body to produce more red blood cells – the more the red blood cells, the greater the oxygen carrying ability – the more efficient your body becomes. You sit in a chair and breathe - alternating high altitude and sea level air is delivered via mask. You can listen to music, work on your laptop, read or simply relax while the simulator does all the work.

 

The AirFit Program:

The Base Program: 15 one hour sessions

The Booster: 5 one hour sessions every 6-8 weeks to maintain the benefits
