Golf Performance program includes:

  • Initial session - physical examination (golf screen) which looks at your ability to perform specific tasks and examines strength, flexibility, and range of motion needed for an optimal golf swing.
  • Perform a video analysis of your golf swing from down the line and face on view to assess any swing faults.
  • After review of video analysis and golf screen results, we will design an individualized program to address your physical limitations while working one-on-one with you to get you back on the course with improved fitness to advance your golf performance and enjoyment.
