I created this page because I know what it is like to be refered to physical therapy without knowing what it is all about. I know because I have been there before, I started as a patient.

Your first day will involve a detailed discussion about your injury. I will perform a complete examination and evaluation of the injured area. Which will include specific tissue testing, gait analysis, functional screening, biomechanical analysis, etc. I will then present my findings to you and do my best to explain them in detail. Following the evaluation, I will begin treatment to the injured area. You will also be shown a specific home exercise/treatment program. (Please wear appropriate gym type clothing)

Each subsequent day of treatment will include hands-on treatment, in which I will address tissue tightness, joint dysfunctions, movement pattern problems, and flexibility just to mention a few. During this time I will be able to re-assess your injury and keep track of your progress. You will also perform a specific exercise program designed for your injury and activity level.
